  integrative medicine with intensive counseling on sleep, nutrition, hormone therapy, and exercise.
- **Devan Stetson, PA-C**. Certified Physician Assistant. Menopause Society Certified Practitioner.
  Undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California, Master's in Physician Assistant
  Studies at Western University of Health Sciences. Focuses on direct primary care and
  perimenopause and menopause support. Currently accepting new patients.

  decline affecting energy, strength, mood and libido, evaluated against symptoms and comprehensive
  labs and monitored over time.

  GLP-1 receptor agonists such as semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) or tirzepatide (Zepbound, Mounjaro)
  when clinically appropriate, typically microdosed to start, with body composition followed so the
  loss is fat rather than muscle.

## Membership

Framework Health is a concierge Direct Primary Care practice: the patient relationship is directly
with the provider rather than with an insurance company, and an annual membership fee covers all
services provided by the team. Patients may still use insurance benefits for imaging, blood tests, and
other services outside the practice. Membership details and fees are discussed on a free consultation
call rather than published; the practice does not list pricing on its website.
