Framework Health is a concierge Direct Primary Care practice, meaning your relationship is directly with your health care provider, not an insurance company. An annual fee covers all services provided by our team. You can still use your insurance benefits for imaging studies, blood tests, and other services outside our practice.

Dr. Leslie Meserve, MD or Devan Stetson, PA-C. Both are certified by the Menopause Society, and both see patients in person in Fashion Island and by telemedicine. Many patients see Devan as their primary provider.
A PA is a licensed healthcare professional trained to diagnose and treat illness, order labs and imaging, interpret results, and prescribe medications. PAs work as part of a medical team, and can be the main provider you see at an office.

No, but they are similar in many ways. Both can diagnose, treat, and prescribe. The main differences are in training (PAs follow a medical model; NPs follow a nursing model) and licensing paths. In practice they often do similar work.
Absolutely. PAs can order tests, interpret the results, and explain what they mean to you, then handle the follow-up care or refer you to a specialist if needed.
