How this website handles information about the people who visit it.
This policy covers the Framework Health website. It explains what this site collects from visitors, what it does not collect, and who else receives information when you load a page.
This is not our Notice of Privacy Practices. This policy is about website visitors. If you are a patient of the practice, the way your medical information is used and disclosed is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA, which is a separate document. Ask the office for a copy at (949) 558-0501.
If you submit the form on our contact page, we receive your name, your phone number, an email address if you choose to give one, the reason you selected from our list of services, and the time window you prefer to be reached.
The form has no free-text box for symptoms, and we ask you not to type medical details into it. This is deliberate. It keeps a scheduling request from becoming a medical record.
We count page views, how far down an article people read, and whether a visit led to a call, a text, or a consultation request. We also record a general category for how you arrived, such as a search engine, a social network, or a directory.
A random session identifier is stored in your browser's session storage so a single visit is not counted several times. It is erased when you close the tab, and it cannot connect one visit to another or follow you to any other website.
Our hosting provider processes your IP address in order to send you the page, as every web server must. We do not store it, log it, or use it for analytics.
California law requires us to tell you how this site responds to browser Do Not Track signals.
We honor Global Privacy Control. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, our analytics script stops before it collects or sends anything at all. Nothing about your visit is measured.
Global Privacy Control is the signal that carries legal weight in California. We do not separately act on the older Do Not Track header, because this site does not track anyone across other websites in the first place, and there is nothing for that header to switch off.
Two services outside our own site are loaded by your browser when you view these pages. Because your browser fetches them directly, those companies receive your IP address and can see which page you were on.
Every page loads two typefaces from Google's font service. Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
Our contact page embeds a map showing the office location. Google receives your IP address and the address of the page containing the map. No other page on this site loads a map.
We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not permit any third party to collect information about your activity across other websites through this site.
Consultation requests are stored by our website's data provider so the practice can retrieve them, and may be forwarded to the office so that a request reaches a person rather than waiting to be noticed. To limit repeat submissions we store a one-way cryptographic hash of the phone number, which cannot be reversed back into the number.
You can ask us what consultation request information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (949) 558-0501, text (949) 558-0503, or email office@frameworkmed.com.
Because our page analytics record no identifier that outlives your tab, there is no analytics record tied to you for us to retrieve, correct, or delete.
This site and this practice serve adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we make a material change, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date above. Substantive changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
